Every Saturday, we send an email with the latest schedule information, Zen center news, and a short teaching piece (see sample, below).

To join the email list, send an email to cochisezen at icloud dot com (make the correct adjustments in your email client). We hold the list closely and never share, loan, sell or do anything else with the addresses. And, if  you decide to leave the list, simply tell us and we'll remove your name.

Cochise Zen Center is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization, affiliated with the Kwan Um School of Zen. We serve the borderlands region of Southeastern Arizona with meditation practice, workshops, and retreats.
